I'm Emma Best, one of the co-founders of Distributed Denial of Secrets (@DDoSecrets), a transparency collective with the goal of assembling as complete a collection as possible of existing and new sets of leaked and hacked data. At the request of the mods of r/worldnews, I'm doing another AMA here.

We recently published the "Dark Side of the Kremlin" collection of 175 gigabytes of data that included hundreds of thousands of messages and files from Russian politicians, journalists, oligarchs, religious figures, and nationalists/terrorists in Ukraine, making years of efforts by different hacker groups available in one place. The release was featured in the New York Times, Foreign Policy, and other outlets.

Ask Me Anything relating to DDoSecrets, but keep in mind that I don't speak Russian, so my analysis of the archive was limited to verification. I'll check back in a bit to start answering what I can.
